Yes, Moringa flowers are edible. 

Take it with already cooked and served meals, ready for eating. You may sprinkle the powder on pap, beans, rice, stews, soups, etc. You can also add to freshly prepared fruits juice.

You can, but as with most foods, heating moringa powder can lead to a reduction of nutrients, particularly the vitamins, however as moringa is so nutrient-rich, heating it will still provide you with nutritional benefits. For optimum results, we recommend stirring or sprinkling moringa into your foods after they have been cooked to ensure the nutrients aren’t lost.

You can take two (2) seeds in the morning and two(2) seeds in the evening making a total of four(4) maximum in a day. We  recommend you consume Ch’ulel Moringa Seeds after  a meal.
